Steps After Booking A Session
- A product shoot requires mailing your product to us. Once you select the necessary images from our photography guideline, we will handle the rest. You can expect to receive your chosen images within 1-2 business weeks.
- When booking a campaign, we take into account the nature of your product. If models are necessary, we will set up a call to discuss and finalize the details, including a comprehensive shot list, a mood board, the location, and any other relevant additives for a successful shoot. Rest assured that your images will be professionally edited and sent to you within 1-2 business weeks.
How Do I Choose A Date & Time?
Expect an email from us containing available dates and times for the photoshoot. We want to ensure that both teams are in sync, so we'll use our calendar app to schedule a date. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48-24 hours before the shoot, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!
Where Do I Ship My Products
We will send you an email containing the PO Box address for shipping. Currently, we are only accepting clients located in the United States.
How Will We Communicate During the Shoot If I'm not There?
To ensure smooth coordination, we propose having a confirmation call prior to the shoot day. This call will serve as an opportunity to review the shotlist moldboard and any other relevant information. Furthermore, we advise assigning a 'producer' as a point of contact who can be present on FaceTime or Zoom intermittently throughout the shoot to provide oversight.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
It is required to reschedule at least 48-24 hours in advance. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded.
